Va Piano is known for producing high-quality, hand-crafted wines made from grapes grown in the Pacific Northwest region. From Walla Walla, Washington, Justin Wylie created Va Piano back in 2003. He began by working out of his garage, learning from local winemakers to craft the perfect wine and now has 20 acres of vineyards. ‘OX’ is a blend of primarily Cabernet Sauvignon with small amounts of Cabernet Franc and Malbec, and shows notes of dark fruit, tobacco, cedar, and rich tannins. This earthy Cab would pair perfectly with a beef or venison stew.
