Frappato is a Sicilian red with a personality as bright as the island’s sunshine.With sweet red fruit on the nose,and on the palate this wine has a clean finish with plenty of acidity. Serve chilled and the wine will accentuate pairings similar to a heavier rosé: hearty salads, pork and poultry, and fresh olive oil and herb sauces.
