Vallone de Cecione - Canaiolo Toscana IGT

This 100% Canaiolo comes from the clay soils of Chianti, Italy. The wine is lightly floral with a bouquet of wildflowers and a very pleasantly long aftertaste. This would be a great addition to pasta dishes or stews!
