This Italian red blend is lively and incredibly food-friendly. Vinified in steel vats, the wine is pumped over daily ad spends 10-12 months aging. Afterward, the blend will spend an additional 3 months or more aging in the bottle.
You will find plenty of red fruit balanced with good oak notes and spicy tannin. Pair it with your favorite veal, roast, or dish with savory cheeses.
