100% Nero d'Avola 

The grapes come from vineyards located in Sambuca di Sicilia, grown between 985 and 1125 feet above sea level. They are lightly pressed after harvest, then undergo fermentation for 10-12 days in stainless steel, yielding a finished wine that shows notes of purple flowers, red fruit, and hints of balsamic. Drink young, with roasts or aged cheeses.
