Run by sisters and third generation winemakers Elena and Emi Pacheco, with support from their mother and fourth-generation family, Viña Elena was born from a passion for viticulture, tradition, and an attitude of “always looking to the future”. Originally founded by their grandfather in 1948, the business was expanded upon by their father Paco in 1978. ‘Paraje Marin’ is a medium-bodied wine grown on Certified Organic vines between 15-40 years old. Manually harvested, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats using natural yeasts then aged in concrete tanks. Notes of red berries, bright cherries, and some cinnamon are met with a touch of florality. Pair with pizza, pork schnitzel, and tapas.
