Planted at the highest point on the estate, Huerhuero Vineyard Viognier benefits from the cool Pacific breezes. The wine is carefully hand-harvested and gently pressed before it finds its way into stainless-steel tanks for cold fermentation. Finally, the wine is cold-aged Sur lie before bottling. This entire process is to preserve the freshness, compliment the expressions of the fruit, and enhance the overall mouthfeel of the wine. See if you can taste the attention to detail.

The wine will present as a bright straw color in the glass and carry notes of peach, mango, citrus blossoms, and ginger spice on the nose. Peach and citrus lead the way to a satisfyingly fresh finish. Pair this Rhone varietal with a roasted root vegetable salad, spicy butternut squash soup, or chicken dish.
