Vine Cliff makes this Chradonnay from the region of Carneros, which is located in the southern part of the Napa Valley, straddling Sonoma. The breezes coming of the San Pablo bay help to create a really cool climate, making for a Chardonnay that is less fruity and is more acidic. This also allows for a longer hang time to develop a much deeper flavor profile.
