Founded in 1970 by Abuelo López who, along with his son Mariano, run one of the most prestigious wineries in the Valdejalon region of Spain on their homestead-turned-wine-estate. Now run by third-generation winemaker Mario López, and with vines over 25-years-old, Vinos López is proud to be Certified Organic. ‘El Ventilador’ is a blend of 70% Garnacha Blanca and 30% Macabeo that is fermented using native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Notes of citrus, white flowers, bright lemon, and tropical fruits round out this elegant wine. Pair with seafood paella and lemon pesto pasta.
