Vinska Klet 'Colliano' - Sauvignonasse

From the region of Goriska Brda in Slovenia, Colliano produces some interesting wines! Ths Sauvignonasse, which is slightly similar to Sauvignon Blanc but a different vine, is far more green. It has loverly citrus aromas, but also nutty notes of almond and something aromatic like pine. These fun characteristics means it pairs really well with some hard to pair with foods like tomato salads, herbed potato salad, minestrone or spiced veggies.
