This light-medium bodied wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir and grows in iron-rich, red volcanic soils in an area protected by mountains with a mild climate. The end product is an incredible fruit-forward wine, driven by bright cherry but complemented by sublte tea spice and floral notes. Pair this guy with duck confit or a wild mushroom flatbread!
