Another stunner from one of our most favorite producers! Proudly certified organic and practicing biodynamic, Visintini has been family owned since 1884 though they did not start making wine and farming until 1915. Ribolla Gialla is found predominantly in Northeastern Italy, and the vines at Visintini are at least 35 years old. The family believes in making wines with minimal intervention to allow for maximum freshness and purity of expression of the grapes. In the glass you will find a wine that is straw yellow in color and has notes of meyer lemon and yellow flowers, with a dry, mineral driven finish. Pair with fritto misto or a delicate fish appetizer, like sashimi.
