Vistalba was founded in 2003 by Carlos Pulenta, the third generation of a winemaking family. He used his knowledge and experience to make his winery the best it could be before passing it on to his daughter Paula. Today they not only produce wine but also olive oil from their 80 year-old olive trees. This red is made from a blend of 85% Malbec and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon grown on old vines before being aged in barrels for 8 months. Notes of ripe red and black fruits complemented by vanilla and spice makes this wine a great pairing for traditional Argentinian dishes such as Milanesa or beef empanadas,
