This family-owned estate, steeped in tradition and innovation, is a testament to the Pasini family's passion for producing exceptional wines. Built at the end of the 16th century, Volpe Pasini is one of the oldest wineries in North East Italy and they use a mix of old traditions and new technology in the cellar as an homage to its roots. The region's climate, with its warm sunny days and cool, crisp nights, gifts the grapes with a unique complexity of flavors and aromas. The property consists of 52 total hectares, half for red varietals and half for white varietals. This wine is made from 100% Pinot Grigio and is fruity, elegant and fresh with tasting notes of citrus and minerality. Pair with fish dishes and vegetables or other white meat dishes.
