This certified organic German winery has been family owned for 4 generations but their family has grape growing roots dating back to 18th century. Located in Germany's largest wine growing region, Rheinhessen, which is known for its mild temperatures, little rainfall and protective hills. This is one of Germany's warmest regions and one of the driest regions in central Europe. Today this father-son team maintains and grows grapes on 23 hectares of vines, producing just 15,000 cases a year. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, this light bodied rosé has tasting notes of raspberries and strawberries with a balanced acidity and pairs well with mild cheeses or scallops.
