‘Boada’ (or ‘land of oxen’) is a stellar example of how beautifully Ribera del Duero wines can age. After spending 18 months in barrel, the wine then sees extended aging time in bottle before being released for consumption at the beginning of its prime drinking window. Lush and velvety on the palate, this full bodied wine shows notes of black plum skins, baked cherries, clove, black licorice and mocha.
