In this Italian sparkling wine, the delicate pink and violet hues are obtained from short contact with Pinot Noir skins, which reflects Zardetto's unconventional vision in creating their products. You can smell fruity hints of golden apple, white peach and small berries, that are intermingled with notes of spring flowers. The taste combines the fruitiness of Glera with the berry-flavored spiciness of Pinot Noir. A modern aperitif for discerning palates and a versatile companion to a variety of foods. Pair with shrimp and avocado salad, creamy cheese tartine and raw shellfish!
