Engineer Alberto "Tito" Zuccardi planted the family's first vineyard to showcase the irrigation system he had invented to specifically combat the Mendoza desert. He quickly fell in love with viticulture and the family has grown the winery to what is today. Today, all of the vineyards are planted in high-altitude mountain vineyards in soils rich in calcium carbonate. Made from 100% Malbec aged in concrete vats, you can expect tasting notes of dark red fruit complimented by plenty of herbs. Pair with red meat with and chimichurri sauce, mushroom and black bean chili or Gorgonzola cheese.
