Laurent Habrard is a fifth generation family owned winery from the northern Rhone region in Crozes-Hermitage, France. Since 2011, the winery has committed to certified organic and biodynamic practices including wind and solar energy and a rainwater recovery system. Syrah is known for growing well in the Rhone and the regions rocky soils help to create distinct wines. This 100% Syrah has notes of purple flowers, dark cherries, and blackberries that partner with bright acidity and fine, silky tannins. Pair this one with grilled lamb chops or braised beef stew.
