3rd- Maitaake & Enoki Mushroom Tempura. Prawn Head Aioli.
4th- Steamed Bass. Ginger. Lemongrass. Nouc Cham. Scallion Oil.
5th- Lychee Sorbet. Yuzu Curd. Black Sesame Tuile.
